Henry Marsden
Henry Marsden is the founder of Fix Music, a company helping music rights owners maximise catalog value through data-driven technology. With a background as a session musician, including touring with Elton John, Henry transitioned into the business side of music in 2014, building several companies since that focus on leveraging data. These include a venture-backed startup, Creatr Club, and two music publishing catalogs.
His first publishing venture, Bespoke, grew into a renowned indie publisher, amassing 110+ million streams with songs recorded by Avril Lavigne, Machine Gun Kelly, and The Vamps before being acquired in 2023. Since learning the ropes by building collections infrastructure and software for publishing catalogs, Henry has since worked directly on some of the world’s most iconic catalogs, and with some of the industry’s most celebrated artists and songwriters as a partner at ATM Catalog Management, which he left in 2025 to launch Fix.
He regularly chairs panels at industry events, including for the MPA, where he sits on both the Futures Group and the Popular Music Publishers committees. At Fix Music, Henry combines creative and entrepreneurial experience to address the complexities of rights data- deploying AI to connect vast data sets that unlocks significant margins for clients through scalable catalog insights.
