Ilya Tolchenov, CEO and co-founder at Delphos Music, is a composer, singer, mathematician. Ilya has been building scalable and generative music tech for almost a decade and is an authority on working with symbolic music data. Delphos is a platform that allows a single music rightsholder to train a fully functional music generation model using exclusively their own music. Ilya’s primary areas of research in this field relate to music data extraction and scalable composition techniques with AI.

An engaging panelist and speaker, Hunter shares his knowledge at seminars and panels produced by SxSW, SESAC, ASCAP, The GRAMMY Museum, CD Baby, Cutting Edge Business Conference, NAMM, and Canadian Music Week, among others. Throughout her career, Eva has held C-level positions at major players such as Deutsche Telekom Group, T-Systems, T-Mobile, Huawei, Honor, and ISS Services. She has also served on various boards – including T-Systems, BME, BUYIN, and Aurelius – where she focused on guiding companies into the digital age, driving
international growth, and embracing ESG as a chance.

With her company Geistesblizz, Eva specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, leveraging deep experience and a broad network to support both small and large SMEs. She helps clients sell their businesses or identify new customers and markets. Her mission is to find the most suitable match—tailor-made and personalized for
each client—because no two deals are alike, and the real work begins when the ink is dry.

Dr. Matthias Röder is an award-winning musictech visionary and director of the Beethoven AI project. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Mindshift, a consultancy on creative leadership and innovation strategy. Matthias currently serves as a board member of the Karajan Foundation and is the Managing Director of the Eliette and Herbert von Karajan Institute. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Mozarteum Foundation.

Matthias founded the Karajan Music Tech Conference, a cross-industry event to promote breakthrough technologies in music, media and audio. He is also the founder of the Classical Music Hack Day series. Together with his partner, Seda Röder, Matthias co-founded the Sonophilia Foundation, a non-profit that supports and promotes scientific research into creativity. Matthias has won numerous prizes and accolades for his work, including an Effie Bronce for the completion of Beethoven’s 10th symphony with AI and the Game Changer” Award of the Chamber of Commerce Salzburg. He is a sought-after speaker and lecturer who has taught at Harvard University, the Change & Innovation Management Program at University of St. Gall, and Salzburg University. He holds a PhD in music from Harvard University and is an alumnus of the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
