Niall “Bressie” Breslin
Composer, producer, co-founder A Lust For Life (Ireland)
Niall Breslin, known as Bressie, is a prominent Irish public figure, musician, author and mental health advocate. He is widely recognised for his work in destigmatising mental health, as well as his award-winning podcast Where Is My Mind?, which explores mental health and wellbeing in the modern world.
Before focusing on advocacy, Niall had a successful career in both sport and music. He played Gaelic football before becoming the frontman of the band The Blizzards.
Following his own experiences with anxiety, he shifted his focus towards mental health, becoming one of Ireland’s leading voices in the space. His work centres on open conversation, education and practical approaches to improving wellbeing, both within the creative industries and beyond.
