Sam Parker is CEO, co-founder and practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience working across the entertainment industry. A former artist manager, she has worked closely with artists and creative professionals throughout her career, gaining first-hand insight into the pressures of the industry.

In 2016, she co-founded Music Support, a UK charity providing help for music industry professionals affected by addiction and mental health challenges. In collaboration with the Music Managers Forum, she also co-wrote the first mental health guide for artist managers.

Open about her own mental health journey and recovery, Sam is a leading voice in the ongoing conversation around duty of care in the entertainment industry, regularly contributing to media, panels and industry initiatives.
