From learning music to transforming it into a passion and a line of work, Roger Ryan has made a career in the music industry that has built a legacy for himself and future generations to come.
From an early age, he has made music a priority in his life, leading to his astonishing career as a respected producer, artist, label executive, mentor, and performer.
For Ryan, music is more than a passion; it is an art that fills our spirits and souls with meaning.

This multi-Grammy, Dove Award nominee, and Juno Award-winning producer, has considerable experience in productions and live performances. He has traveled all around the world, including to countries like Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, the Fiji Islands, Vienna, Germany and Italy.
His gifts as a producer and musician have made room for him on an international level and opportunities to impact up and coming generations of musicians as a Mentor and a Music Masterclass Educator.
Currently, Ryan is a Guest Instructor at Berklee, the largest contemporary music school in the world.
He’s a part of the Abu Dhabi campus staff for an Artist development program called PEARL.
His love for people and music have been the catalyst for the many opportunities his passion has afforded him, of which he takes none for granted.
This journey of music and people, his story continues, its ever unfolding and for THAT he couldn’t be more grateful Ukraine, Hungary, the UK, and Moscow. His work with the Rev. Shirley Caesar better known as “The Queen of Gospel” in the roles of production and arranging. earned him his 1st Grammy nomination as a producer. The project featured artists like Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Faith Evans, Kirk Franklin, and Oleta Adams. His production and arranging finesse have paved the way for him to work with various recording artists such as Yolanda Adams, Alvin Slaughter, Bryan Littrell (Backstreet Boys) and others. Roger was the first music Director for Cece Winans, the best selling female Gospel Artist of all time. He was the Music Director for the “Alone in His presence” and “Everlasting Love” Tours. As well as live performances with artists including Lalah Hathaway, Whitney Houston, Brian McKnight, Kirk Franklin, Faith Hill, Michael W. Smith, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Earl Klugh, Kirk Whalum, Denise Williams, Amy Grant, Kenny Rogers, Crystal Gale, Karen Clark Sheard, Anointed and Avalon.
