Ryan Edwards

Ryan is the CEO of Audoo, a former musician and fintech executive who has a deep understanding of the challenges the music industry faces from both sides of the fence. After a successful career as a drummer in indie-rock band The Lines (scoring a Top 10 hit with their track ‘Domino Effect’), he worked in retail; from running stores to running his own entrepreneurial ventures, then transitioning into roles at Visa Europe, Bink and Grapple Mobile.

Since forming Audoo, he has helped to transform the business from a humble music-tech start-up to an international operation backed by some of the biggest and brightest minds in the industry including Sir Paul McCartney, Bjorn Ulveaus & Sir Elton John.

A self-professed ‘privacy warrior and data geek’ Ryan oversees all day-to-day activity at Audoo, working closely with the board and investors to ensure business is running smoothly. As a former musician himself, he takes an active interest in music and the wider industry, making a conscious effort to ensure his favourite band Blink-182 are on constant rotation on the office playlist, usually to the detriment of his fellow colleagues
